City of Enderby – Reservoir 1 Reconstruction
Carver was selected as the Preferred Proponent to construct the replacement reservoir for the City of Enderby in November 2024. We worked with the Client and Engineer over the winter months to bring the reservoir within the city’s budget. The project team consisting of ourselves, the consulting engineer and local subcontractors collaborated extensively to come up with cost saving ideas through alternative materials and revised project designs to arrive at a credit value acceptable to the Client and allow the project to proceed.
This project consists of the demolition of the existing concrete reservoir and piping, construction of a new 1500 cu.m. C.I.P. concrete reservoir, piping and electrical. Installation of 35m of 200Ø supply main and replacement of 36m of storm drainage.
Demolition of the existing reservoir started in March and the base slab for the new reservoir was completed at the beginning of May.
