Larkin Reservoir Expansion and PRV Interconnect System Upgrade

Carver was selected as the Preferred Proponent through the RFP process with the Township of Spallumcheen to construct a new 500 cubic meter volume cast-in-place concrete reservoir and upgrade an existing PRV.  The project also includes 140 lm of new underground storm and watermain.  This project is expected to be completed by November 2024.
