Secwepemc Child and Family Servies (SCFS) Office Building

Carver was awarded the onsite and offsite Civil Works contract for this project.  Our scope included excavation and backfill of the building with installation of all under slab drain piping.  Onsite utilities included were 35lm of 150mm watermain, 25lm of 150mm sanitary pipe, 150lm of 100mm stormwater pipe with cleanouts, 145lm of 200mm stormwater pipe and a manhole. A storm treatment detention box was also supplied and installed.  Carver completed the installation of 265lm of conduit for parking lot lights and 3200m2 of asphalt which included thermoplastic paint.  All site grading was included of this project.

Offsite works included asphalt removal, 450mm culverts, another 100lm of 200mm sanitary pipe, manholes, line painting and tie-in to existing water services.
